Weblog's basic functionality is a possibility to write, read, edit and delete posts, write and delete comments. Additional functionality is implemented, such as user registration with a confirmation of registration (confirmation mail is sent with a password and a clickable URL that activates the recently created account). User authorization is implemented with a use of sessions. All the users are divided into different groups with differenr access rights. Passwords, stored in the database, are hashed and salted.

All web pages conform to XHTML 1.0 Transitional. Both stylistic presentation and positioning of content are set with CSS.

All web pages conform to XHTML 1.0 Strict. Both stylistic presentation and positioning of content are set with CSS. The user is allowed to change background color, text size, font size and font family (JavaScript). Part of web site is adapted for use with mobile devices. The navigation of the site is functional for keyboard navigation. Web site conforms to the W3C Web Accessibility Initiative (WAI) according to instructions in the publication Dive into Accessibility. Contact form is created with PHP. Some pages are password protected and it's implemented with a use of htaccess.
